Q. Are the Mod Chips & other products you sell on your site legal?
A. Yes! All the modding products on this site are perfectly legal in Australia.
However the legality of Mod Chips varies from country to country, so please check the laws in your country before purchasing products from our website.
Q. Can I play copied games with products from your site?
A. Yes! However it is illegal to copy games which you do not own! Borrowing your friend's game and copying it is illegal!
Legal Uses
· Playing backup copies of games which you legally purchased.
· Playing games from different countries which you legally purchased.
· Playing homebrew games.
Note: Different products allow you to do different things, so please read through the FAQ for your console, along with the product description of the part you want to order.
Q. Will modding my console void it's warranty?
A. Yes & No. Basically it depends on whether or not you have to open your console to mod it. Opening of any console will void it's warranty. Currently we have mod solutions for both the Sony Playstation 2 & the Nintendo DS which will not void their warranties.
Q. Are your products hard to install?
A. Again, this all depends on which product you purchase. Please read the FAQ for your console, along with the product description of the part you are interested in.
